How I Help

Protecting Value

Pricing based on real sales. An inherited home needs more than an online estimate. I prepare a detailed analysis of recent nearby sales.

Working with your professionals. I coordinate with the estate attorney and personal representative so the sale follows the estate's timeline.

Help with belongings. Clearing out a full house is often the hardest part. I can refer families to trusted estate sale and cleanout companies.

Getting It Sold

Strong marketing. Professional photos and online exposure help buyers, and family members who live out of state, see the home from anywhere.

Honest prep advice. I'll tell you what's worth fixing and what isn't, so the family doesn't spend money it won't get back.

Bilingual communication. Many families include Spanish-speaking members. I can explain every step in English or Spanish.

About Danny Rivera

Born in Puerto Rico and raised in the Bronx, I served 23 years in the United States Marine Corps. After many moves of my own, I know how hard it is to make big housing decisions on a deadline, from a distance, with a lot of people involved.

Today I live in Chuluota and help clients across Seminole and Orange Counties with Real Broker, LLC, in English or Spanish. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration from Columbia College and I'm a member of the Orlando Regional, Florida and National Associations of REALTORS®.

Common Questions

Can an inherited home be sold before probate is finished?

It depends on the estate, the will and whether the court has given the personal representative authority to sell. Your estate attorney can tell you what applies; I'll work within that timeline.

Do we have to fix up the house before selling?

Not always. Many inherited homes sell as-is. I'll show you what similar homes sold for in both conditions so the family can decide what makes sense.

What if family members live out of state?

That's common. I can handle showings, vendors and paperwork locally and keep everyone updated by phone, text or email.

What does it cost to talk with you?

Nothing. The first conversation and a market analysis are free, with no obligation.

Have a question about an inherited home?

Call or text me directly. There's no cost and no obligation to talk it through.
